I worked for the California state system, starting as a Correctional Officer and retiring as a Lieutenant in 2005. I now write for the PacoVilla blog which is concerned with what could broadly be called The Correctional System.
NO idea. Never been there. In most states there are legal problems with housing misdemeanants and felons together.
I am not worried about an escape. I doubt she has the skill set or connections to pull that off. Suicide prevention is fairly easy, it's called suicide watch. It is expensive but very effective if employed correctly. (It WASN'T employed correctly in Epstein's case.) I strongly suspect that, after Epstein's death, there is little danger of anything untoward happening to her at least in the short term.
As far as what I think of her, I think she is a disgusting turd.
Not that I specifically recall, no. I am sure it happened, but just wasn't very noteworthy.
No.
Firefighter
How can you tell if a fire was arson?
Call Center Employee (Retail)
When do your policies allow you to hang up on a rude caller?
Dry Cleaner
Why don't more dry cleaners stay open late?
Same one. It was a different time. I might not do it today.
I am not a huge fan of C&W but I do like his voice. Kind of like smooth whiskey.
Good question. I don't know. I have been retired for over 15 years and the issue did not come up at that time. State law specifically prohibits sexual relations between prisoners but of course that was written when homosexual conduct was illegal in general. I have no information one way or the other just now. Sorry.
